You’ve endured 12 (or more) years of hard work. You’ve spent many late nights cramming for exams. You’ve spent many weekends finishing up homework instead of hanging out with friends. You have arrived. This is your Senior Year. It all comes down to this. It’s 12th and Life…enjoy it while you can. Go to Homecoming, Go to Prom, Walk down the Aisle to get your diploma- and when it’s all said and done, get the memories that you deserve. Get Trashed!
No, we aren’t talking about getting wasted, we’re talking about taking the material things that represent this milestone, and release some pure deep energy by drowning the gown, trashing the tux, and destroying the dress. While you’re at it, get some great memories to hold on to by hooking up with an artistic photographer to create some stunning art together. These are your memories- make them count.
Will you please send me an e-mail…I already have a trashed image to share!!!

Love the “trashed” theme, great inspiration. Head’s now swimming with ideas. Would love to see more photos.

I love trashing dresses–it is definitely one of my very favorite types of sessions. I would love to share a few shots. Thanks!!

Thanks! ๐
I love how inventive the phtographers got with some of the photos. My dad’s a photographer and I’m going to see if I can convince him to put try and offer it.
I have some muddy shots to share of a senior completely covered in mud for his shoot. It was super fun!
I have some pictures to share. Please send me a email address to send them. Thanks.
Damn! I missed the boat! If I had known about this back in 03, I would’ve been trashing both my prom dresses! (Still got ’em!) But, I’ll wait til my wedding and trash that dress! I LOVE this idea. Keep the great photos coming!
This sounds like so much fun ! It’s still many months ’til prom but I and three of my friends have been talking about maybe doing something like this. But maybe not as a photo session long afterwards – it would be more fun to shock everyone by doing something like this right when the prom is over – go and jump into a puddle, or have a food fight or maybe let our boyfriends spray paint us while we’re still in our dresses or something else crazy that would shock everyone ๐
I think that’s a great idea Eileen! Feel free to browse our list of photographers on the right and find one in your area. ๐
Love this site. How do I get my studio listed?
Deb
I would love to publish my images on this site, please tell me the steps I need to take.
Thank you,
Lisa
great job ๐ i love the idea!! “drown the dress” sounds just perfect :)) actually i think that many brides want to destroy the dress that cause them so much stress ๐
Love this idea, I have had some wonderful girls willing to do this for me, even one went outside in -13 below zero to capture one of a kind images. I love it!!!

Please give me some information on how to sign up to get published. Thank you so much Lisa Coots-Schooley
Would love to know how to get my studio listed.
So, I was wondering, do you think chlorine would destroy a prom dress? I want to get pictures in a pool with it, but I don’t necessarily want to destroy it. I don’t know if everyone who thinks of “drown the dress” really thinks of destroying it, rather than jumping in a pool with it on.
Thanks!
I have read so many articles concerning the blogger
lovers however this article is genuinely a good piece of writing, keep it up.
